Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | On-Call Rotation
Salary Range: $65,000 – $90,000 annually
Eligibility: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder

Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to join our Radiation Oncology team. Under the direction of the Radiation Therapy Manager and following prescribed protocols, you will deliver safe, accurate radiation treatments and provide compassionate patient care throughout the therapeutic process.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver radiation therapy in accordance with oncologist prescriptions and safety standards
Operate linear accelerators, CT simulators, and other treatment-related equipment
Perform quality assurance checks and ensure proper calibration of machines
Document treatment procedures accurately and maintain patient records
Support and educate patients during their treatment journey
Collaborate with physicians, physicists, and clinical staff for coordinated care
Comply with NRC regulations, hospital policies, and radiation safety protocols
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area
Qualifications
Education:
Associate’s degree in Radiation Therapy or equivalent (required)
Diploma/Certification in Radiation Therapy (required)
Licensure & Certifications:
ARRT Certification in Radiation Therapy
BLS (Basic Life Support)
Iowa Radiologic Technologist License
Preferred Experience:
1–2 years in a clinical radiation therapy setting
Familiarity with Aria, Eclipse TPS, and Philips CT systems
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong technical aptitude with clinical systems
Attention to detail and patient-focused care
Knowledge of NRC and safety regulations
