Where the jobs come from

Every role is sourced from our hiring partner. We are not the employer and we do not run the hiring process. When you apply, you go to their site, where the employer manages everything from that point on.

What we fix before you see it

Raw listing data is messy. Before anything is published we correct it, and we document every rule:

• Salary. The feed labels every figure as rupees — including roles in Chicago and New York — with values spanning implausible ranges. We display a figure only where it passes a plausibility check for its market, and say “Not disclosed” otherwise. A wrong number is worse than no number.
• Location. Countries arrive as free text: “India”, “IN”, bare state codes, postcodes. We normalise them, and because remote roles arrive with no location at all, they get their own section instead of being filed as “Unknown”.
• Deadlines. The feed carries no closing date. Rather than invent one, we anchor it to the last date we confirmed the role was still being advertised, and publish exactly that date in our structured data. It is a signal, not a promise — and we say so on every listing.
• Age. Most of this catalogue was posted before this year. Every card shows its posting date, and we never claim “new jobs daily” when the real rate is about 34 a month.

What we will not do

We will not fabricate company logos we do not have, invent testimonials, pad the site with employer brands we are not affiliated with, or inflate counts. Every number on this site is a live query against the catalogue, including the 3,187 distinct skills our listings reference.
