# Hiring: Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant


Location: St. Louis, MO (On-Site)

Schedule: Full-Time

Setting: Orthopedic Clinic / Private Practice

Salary: \$110,000 – \$115,000 annually

Eligibility: U.S. Citizens / GC Holders



### About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled **Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner (NP)** or **Physician Assistant (PA)** to join a busy, patient-focused orthopedic practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced advanced practice provider who thrives in a collaborative setting and enjoys balancing clinic, surgical, and patient management duties.



### Key Responsibilities


* Perform **comprehensive patient assessments** and orthopedic examinations.

* Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal conditions, including **sports injuries, spine, and general ortho cases**.

* Develop and implement **individualized treatment plans**, including surgical and non-surgical interventions.

* Assist in surgeries and perform in-office procedures such as **joint injections, casting, and splinting**.

* Manage **pre- and post-operative care**, patient education, and follow-up.

* Collaborate with physicians, PTs, and healthcare staff for seamless care coordination.

* Maintain accurate patient documentation in EMR/EHR systems.

* Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment options, and recovery plans.



### Qualifications


✅ Graduate of an accredited **NP or PA program**.

✅ Active **Missouri NP or PA license** in good standing.

✅ Board certification: NP (FNP/AGACNP) or PA (NCCPA).

✅ Current **BLS and ACLS** certification.

✅ **1–2 years orthopedic experience** preferred (sports medicine, spine, or general ortho).

✅ Skilled in orthopedic assessments, treatment planning, and surgical assistance.

✅ Familiarity with workers’ compensation documentation (preferred).

✅ Strong EMR/EHR documentation and communication skills.
