We are seeking an experienced and compassionate **Lead Mammography Technologist** to join our **Breast Imaging team** at our newly renovated facility in The Woodlands Breast Center and Spring CCC.

#### **Schedule**
* **Monday – Friday:** 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
* **Saturday:** 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (rotating)
* **No holidays | No on-call shifts**

#### **Key Responsibilities**
* Perform and oversee all mammography exams in compliance with **MQSA** and internal quality standards.
* Maintain inspection readiness and manage **Quality Control (QC)** documentation and EPIC dashboards.
* Lead day-to-day departmental operations, coordinating workflow, staff assignments, and productivity goals.
* Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to imaging technologists.
* Ensure compliance with all safety, radiation, and regulatory requirements.
* Act as liaison between technologists, radiologists, and patients to ensure smooth operations and quality outcomes.
* Conduct peer reviews, support professional development, and lead performance improvement initiatives.

#### **Minimum Qualifications**
**Education**
* Graduate of an accredited **School of Radiologic Technology**
**Licenses / Certifications**
* **ARRT-R** (Certified Radiologic Technologist)
* **ARRT-M** (Registered Mammography Technologist)
* **Texas MRT License** (Texas Medical Board)
* **BLS/ALS** (Basic or Advanced Life Support) Certification
**Experience**
* Minimum **5 years** of imaging technologist experience (mammography or related modality) in an acute or ambulatory setting.
* Proven excellence in diagnostic imaging and familiarity with all regulatory and safety standards.
* Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability with a collaborative, patient-focused approach.
