### ⚙ *About the Role*

We are seeking an experienced and certified *CT Supervisor* to oversee day-to-day CT department operations, manage staff scheduling, and ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging.

The ideal candidate is *ARRT or NMTCB certified, has proven **leadership experience, and is willing to **relocate to Vermont*.

### *Key Responsibilities*

* Supervise and mentor CT technologists and support staff.

* Manage departmental operations and ensure workflow efficiency.

* Oversee compliance with *safety, accreditation, and quality standards*.

* Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and healthcare teams.

* Monitor and coordinate equipment maintenance and service.

* Manage staff schedules, budgeting, and continuous improvement projects.

* Participate in policy development and technology upgrade recommendations.

### *Qualifications*

* Graduate of a *Radiologic Technology program* (CAHEA/JRCT approved).

* *ARRT or NMTCB certification* with advanced CT credentials (Required).

* *5+ years of CT experience, including at least **1 year in a supervisory role*.

* Leadership in an imaging department preferred.

* Strong communication, team management, and organizational skills.

* Willing to *relocate to Vermont* (mandatory).
