Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a front‑desk or customer‑service role, with up to 30 years of relevant experience considered.
- Proficiency with office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and experience using multi‑line phone systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced legal environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct clients, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages and providing timely follow‑up.
- Manage the scheduling of conference rooms, appointments, and attorney calendars to optimize office workflow.
- Maintain the reception area, including ordering supplies, handling mail, and ensuring a tidy environment.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and preparing correspondence.
- Coordinate with security and facilities teams to ensure compliance with safety protocols and building policies.
- Provide support during special events or client meetings, including setup, catering coordination, and technology assistance.
