Requirements:
- 1–30 years of experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or related fields, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with office productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Self‑motivated with strong problem‑solving abilities, a customer‑service mindset, and the capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate virtual meetings for executives and department heads.
- Prepare, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and reports to ensure accuracy and timely distribution.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications, including email correspondence, phone calls, and chat inquiries.
- Maintain and update databases, filing systems, and record‑keeping platforms to support operational efficiency.
- Assist with onboarding new team members by preparing welcome materials, setting up accounts, and providing orientation support.
- Conduct research, compile data, and generate summaries to aid decision‑making and project planning.
