Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a front‑desk or customer‑service role, with the ability to handle a high volume of interactions professionally.
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms) and experience using scheduling or visitor‑management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and a courteous demeanor.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all visitors, patients, and callers, providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member.
