Roles and Responsibilities:
- Submit medical records to authorized parties, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of sensitive information.
- Review and verify medical records for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors or discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and legal professionals to obtain and clarify medical information, ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected and submitted.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medical record submissions, including tracking and follow-up on outstanding requests.
- Develop and implement effective workflows and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of medical record submissions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
