Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | On-Call Rotation
Salary Range: $70,000 – $95,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (2-year agreement)

Position Summary
We are seeking a Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to join our specialized cardiac care team. The RN will care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterizations and interventional procedures, providing direct care before, during, and after procedures under the guidance of the Cath Lab Director.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver nursing care to patients during cath lab procedures
Monitor vitals and patient response during invasive interventions
Administer medications and sedation per protocols
Collaborate with physicians, techs, and support staff
Educate patients and families on procedures and discharge care
Maintain clear and compliant documentation
Participate in emergency response and on-call rotations
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current RN License in Iowa or Compact State
BLS and ACLS Certifications (Required)
Recent RN experience in ICU, telemetry, or progressive care
Preferred Experience
1+ year in medical/surgical or critical care settings
ER or Cath Lab experience strongly preferred
