* Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 / Year
* Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000

## Key Responsibilities
* Provide skilled, evidence-based nursing care during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
* Monitor fetal heart rates, maternal vitals, and labor progression.
* Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and care teams to ensure safe deliveries.
* Educate and support patients and families throughout the birthing process.
* Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
## Required Qualifications
* Education: Associate’s degree or higher in Nursing (BSN preferred).
* Licensure: Current Oklahoma RN license (required).
* Certifications:
* CPR and Fetal Monitoring (required)
* NRP and ACLS (within 6 months of hire)
* Experience: At least 1 year in L&D (2+ years preferred).
