## About the Facility

## Key Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive, direct nursing care to ICU patients.
* Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, administer medications, and respond to patient emergencies.
* Perform procedures and interventions per Iowa State Board of Nursing standards.
* Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
* Accurately document patient care in compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
* Maintain infection control and adhere to all safety protocols.
## Required Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
* Current, unencumbered Iowa RN license or Compact State licensure.
* BLS & ACLS certification (must be current).
* Completion of dysrhythmia course (within 6 months) or passing of competency exam (within 90 days).
* Recent RN experience in an acute care setting.
## ⭐Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in Telemetry or Progressive Care nursing.
* Progressive Care RN Certification (or willingness to obtain).
