We are expanding our solar energy sales team across India and hiring passionate professionals for district-level and regional sales roles.

Locations: 38+ Districts / Zones Across India

1. Sales Executive (SE)

• Experience: 1–3 Years in Solar / Field Sales
• Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
• Target: 100 kW per month
• Qualification: Graduate / B.E. / Diploma
• Requirement: Two-wheeler with valid driving licence

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Generate leads for residential rooftop, commercial & industrial (C&I), and agricultural solar projects

✅ Conduct site visits and explain solar solutions, ROI, net metering, and subsidies

✅ Prepare quotations, close deals, and coordinate client documentation

✅ Develop local networks with contractors, architects, vendors, and channel partners

2. Sales Manager (SM)

• Experience: 4–7 Years, including 2+ years in team management
• Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month
• Target: 300–500 kW per month
• Qualification: B.Tech / MBA preferred

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and mentor district-level sales executives

✅ Manage high-value C&I and B2B solar accounts

✅ Expand dealer, distributor, and EPC partner networks

✅ Drive regional sales targets and ensure compliance with applicable solar policies and regulations

North: Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Delhi-NCR, Uttarakhand

West: Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh

South: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala

North-East: Assam, Tripura, Meghalaya, Nagaland, and other North-Eastern states
