# PSM Coordinator
Location: San Antonio, TX (On-Site)
Client: Confidential (Industrial Refrigeration Facility)
Salary: $80,000 – $83,000 / Year
Experience: 3+ Years (PSM & RMP Compliance)
### About the Role
We are seeking a Process Safety Management (PSM) Coordinator to lead implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of PSM & RMP programs in compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
You will play a vital role in maintaining ammonia system integrity, driving compliance initiatives, and strengthening plant-wide process safety culture.
### Key Responsibilities
* Implement and sustain PSM programs in line with regulatory standards.
* Conduct and lead MOC, PSSR, and PHA activities.
* Maintain up-to-date process safety information (PSI) and RMP documentation.
* Provide training and lead employee participation programs.
* Support audits, inspections, and corrective actions for compliance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment.
* Manage documentation using APSM, SharePoint, and training matrices.
* Serve as the technical point of contact for ammonia system integrity.
### Qualifications
* Education: Associate’s degree (Technical field) or equivalent experience.
* Experience: 3+ years leading or coordinating PSM/RMP programs.
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of OSHA PSM (14 Elements), RMP, and refrigeration systems.
* Preferred: Formal HAZOP or What-If/Checklist PHA training.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication, training delivery, and documentation accuracy.
