### *Job Summary*
The *PSM Coordinator* is responsible for implementing, coordinating, and continuously improving *Process Safety Management (PSM)* and *Risk Management Program (RMP)* systems to ensure full regulatory compliance and the integrity of the *ammonia refrigeration system*.

### *Key Responsibilities*
* Implement and maintain *PSM and RMP programs*, ensuring alignment with OSHA and EPA regulations.
* Lead and support site-level PSM teams to sustain compliance programs and training.
* Conduct routine PSM meetings and coordinate corporate programs to maintain consistency across multiple facilities.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of *PSM (14 elements)*, RMP, and applicable safety standards; deliver technical and leadership training as needed.
* Conduct audits, inspections, and performance evaluations to identify safety gaps and execute corrective actions.
* Coordinate and participate in *Management of Change (MOC), **Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR), and **Process Hazard Analysis (PHA)*.
* Monitor operating procedure training, refresher courses, and maintain the *training matrix*.
* Facilitate employee engagement programs promoting process safety culture.
* Maintain and update *facility process safety information* and *RMP documentation*, including offsite consequence analyses.
* Support corporate and third-party compliance audits (OSHA, EPA) and lead corrective follow-up.
* Provide technical guidance to engineering, maintenance, and operations on ammonia and cooling systems.
* Manage PSM documentation via *SharePoint* and tools such as *APSM*.
* Report and document any environmental or safety incidents in accordance with company policy.

### *Minimum Qualifications*
* *Experience:* 3+ years managing or coordinating *PSM/RMP* programs at facility or asset level.
* *Education:* Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
* *Certifications/Training:* HAZOP / What-If PHA training preferred (or willingness to complete).
