As a Travel Rep at Elevance Urgent Care, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless travel arrangements for our patients and staff, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and external partners, to coordinate travel logistics, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, for patients, staff, and external partners, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized support to travelers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and finance teams, to ensure seamless travel operations and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including travel suppliers, to negotiate rates, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to inform travel policy decisions, optimize travel budgets, and improve overall travel experiences.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements and industry standards.
