Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 + Performance Bonus (up to 15 percent)

## Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in commercial solar construction to oversee multiple projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
## ⚙️Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end commercial solar construction projects.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
* Enforce and uphold safety standards and site compliance.
* Conduct site inspections and maintain client communication.
* Prepare and manage project-related documentation (permits, contracts, specs).
## Qualifications
✅ Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in solar or renewable energy.
✅ Strong leadership, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
