Salary: $171,500 – $234,000 + 10 percent Sign-On Bonus

Shift: Evening / 36 hrs per week

• Week 1: Mon–Thu (12:30 PM – 8:30 PM) + Sat (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Week 2: Sun (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM) + Mon, Thu, Fri (12:30 PM – 8:30 PM)
• Start Date: October 27, 2025
• Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site
• Priority: Critical

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and document patient data
• Administer and interpret diagnostic tests
• Perform therapeutic procedures, including wound care and injections
• Develop and implement patient management plans
• Provide clear patient education, counseling, and guidance

Qualifications

✅ Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program

✅ Active California PA License + National Provider Identifier (NPI)

✅ National PA Certification (NCCPA)

✅ Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

✅ Minimum 3 years of PA experience in the last 5 years

✅ 1–2 years Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred
