Location: Coimbatore & Bangalore
⏰ Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM / 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM

Join our team as a Virtual Nurse Analyst and play a crucial role in reviewing clinical documents, assessing patient conditions, and ensuring smooth admissions to nursing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Review and analyze clinical records to evaluate diagnoses and treatment plans
✔ Assess nursing home suitability based on patient requirements
✔ Communicate admission decisions via email and internal messaging
✔ Maintain and update patient records in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
✔ Handle urgent admission requests efficiently
Who Can Apply?
✅ B.Sc/M.Sc in Nursing with a minimum 60 percent aggregate
✅ 1–6 years of hospital experience into nursing, patient care or medical review
✅ Strong understanding of medical terminology, medications, lab reports, and mental health conditions
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Strong analytical and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced setting
