As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at weBox, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive business growth and success. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs. Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with2 to4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruitment marketing tools, and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment data and develop strategic plans to improve recruitment outcomes
  • Experience with recruitment metrics and analytics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent and meet business objectives
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, for multiple positions and hiring managers
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best candidates are selected for each role
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and develop reports to inform recruitment strategies and improve outcomes


Budget:

  • The maximum budget for this role is $90,000 USD per year
  • This is a payroll position, with a salary paid on a yearly basis
  • The ideal candidate will have 2 to4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
