### *Position Summary*
We are seeking a *detail-oriented, organized HR Assistant* to support the Human Resources team in a *fast-paced manufacturing environment*. The ideal candidate will handle employee records, onboarding, compliance, and training coordination with accuracy and confidentiality.
### *Key Responsibilities*
* Respond to employee and management inquiries on HR policies.
* Maintain personnel files and HR databases (paper & digital).
* Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training logistics.
* Assist with compliance and HR reporting.
* Support employee engagement activities.
* Ensure accuracy of HR data and adherence to federal/state laws.
* Maintain confidentiality in handling employee information.
### *Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
* 1–2 years’ experience in HR or administrative support.
* Knowledge of employment law & HR compliance.
* Strong proficiency in *MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)*.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* *Bilingual (English/Spanish)* preferred.
