*Salary:* $78,000 – $92,800 per year + Target Bonus $10,500

### *Key Responsibilities*
* Lead and manage all purchasing activities for lab operations.
* Oversee inventory control and vendor management.
* Drive cost-saving initiatives and manage departmental budgets.
* Collaborate with multiple departments to align purchasing goals.
* Use Microsoft tools & MRP systems for data-driven decisions.
* Mentor and guide the purchasing team for operational excellence.
### *Requirements*
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
* 5+ years in purchasing or contracting (Healthcare/Lab preferred).
* ⚙ Skilled in Microsoft Office & MRP systems.
* ✅ Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical abilities.
* Bonus Skills: Microsoft SQL | Crystal Reporting | WMS
