### About the Role
We are seeking an experienced **Senior Environmental Engineer/Geologist** to lead **site assessment and remediation projects** for a California-based environmental consulting and engineering firm. This is a senior-level position with opportunities for **technical leadership, client engagement, and mentoring junior staff**.
### ️ Key Responsibilities
* Lead **planning, design, and execution** of environmental site assessments
* Develop and implement **remediation strategies** (e.g., in-situ injections, SVE, air sparging)
* Design and oversee **vapor mitigation systems** (vapor barriers, sub-slab depressurization)
* Manage teams, subcontractors, budgets, and timelines to ensure project success

### Required Qualifications
