Salary: \$115,000 – \$135,000 (DOE)

### Role Overview


This dual-role position blends **estimating** and **project management** responsibilities. The Estimator / Project Manager will prepare cost estimates, manage projects from start to finish, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with the highest quality standards.



### Key Responsibilities


* Prepare **accurate cost estimates and proposals** using B2W and earthwork calculation software (INSITE & AGTEK).

* Lead project management activities: scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and client communication.

* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution.

* Oversee compliance, quality control, and performance accountability.

* Maintain clear documentation for all phases of the project.

* Manage multiple bids and projects simultaneously.



###Required Qualifications


✅ 4+ years of experience in **heavy civil construction** (estimating and/or project management).

✅ Strong **organizational and multitasking skills**.

✅ Proficiency with **Microsoft Office Suite** (B2W, AGTEK/INSITE, ComputerEase a plus).

✅ Detail-oriented and accurate in cost estimating.

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

✅ Must be 18+ and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
