Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring accurate and helpful information.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system, maintaining detailed records for future reference.
- Escalate complex legal or technical issues to the appropriate department while tracking resolution progress.
- Assist clients with onboarding processes, guiding them through account setup and usage of legal service portals.
- Provide feedback to product and operations teams based on client experiences to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on legal service offerings, compliance requirements, and support tools.
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and strive to exceed performance metrics for response and resolution times.
