About the role
As a WFH - Customer Service - Help Desk Analyst - Remote at Maserati Of Wilmington Pike, you will serve as the frontline technical liaison, delivering prompt and courteous assistance to clients navigating our automotive support platforms. Working from the comfort of your home office, you will diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and connectivity issues, ensuring seamless experiences for both internal staff and external customers. Collaboration is key; you will partner closely with IT specialists, product teams, and senior management to share insights, refine processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities:
