US IT Recruiter

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with1 to4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT industry
• Technical skills, including proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment software, and Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications, such as CPRW (Certified Professional Resume Writer) or CIR (Certified Internet Recruiter), are a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates, including passive and active job seekers, to meet current and future hiring needs
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create recruitment plans
• Utilize ATS and recruitment software to manage job postings, candidate applications, and interview schedules
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit, and make recommendations to hiring managers
• Negotiate job offers, including salary, benefits, and other perks, to ensure competitive and attractive packages

Budget:

• The maximum budget for this role is ₹240,000 per year, and the job type is payroll
• The ideal candidate will have1 to4 years of experience in recruitment, and the salary will be paid on a yearly basis
