Role Overview


We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager who will act as a strategic partner to leadership and play a key role in building and scaling our teams across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development.


This role requires someone who can establish strong HR foundations while supporting the rapid growth of a multi-brand organization.



Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning


  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across all brands and departments.
  • Develop hiring strategies to attract high-quality talent.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
  • Improve employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce requirements.

Employee Onboarding & Experience


  • Design and implement structured onboarding programs.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new employees.
  • Develop employee handbooks, HR policies, and SOPs.
  • Create initiatives that improve employee engagement and satisfaction.


Performance Management


  • Design and manage performance review frameworks.
  • Establish KPIs and goal-setting processes.
  • Support managers in conducting performance evaluations.
  • Drive employee development and career progression initiatives.


HR Operations


  • Manage employee records and HR documentation.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain HRMS systems and reporting dashboards.
  • Generate workforce and HR analytics reports for leadership.


Learning & Development


  • Identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning.
  • Create learning pathways for employee growth.

Employee Relations


  • Handle employee concerns and conflict resolution professionally.
  • Conduct employee feedback and engagement surveys.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Support managers in maintaining healthy team dynamics.


Compliance & Policy Management


  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain updated HR policies and employment documentation.
  • Coordinate with external consultants for statutory compliance.
  • Conduct periodic HR audits and process reviews.


Culture & Organizational Development


  • Drive company culture initiatives across all brands.
  • Organize employee engagement and team-building activities.
  • Promote accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support leadership in building a high-performance organization.


Required Qualifications


Must-Have


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in performance management and employee engagement.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms and recruitment tools.


Preferred


  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
  • Experience in D2C, E-commerce, Retail, Media, Consumer Brands, Fashion, or Startup environments.
  • Experience scaling teams in high-growth organizations.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and workforce planning.
