Quality Assurance Manager

We are hiring a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and maintain quality standards for projects involving U.S. Navy vessels and shipyard environments. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Assurance and hands-on experience in a shipyard or marine environment. Knowledge of NBPI, Marine Chemist compliance, and OSHA 10 Maritime certification is highly valued. If not already certified, the candidate must be willing to obtain these credentials.

As the QA Manager, you will develop and implement inspection processes, conduct audits, train teams, and ensure all repairs or modifications meet U.S. Navy standards. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quality assurance efforts for shipyard projects
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with Navy standards
• Maintain documentation and quality reports
• Coordinate with safety and operations teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or QA
• NBPI, Marine Chemist Compliant, OSHA 10 Maritime (or willing to obtain)
• Experience with U.S. Navy vessels or shipyard environments
