About the role
- 3+ years of QA testing experience.
- Experience testing Web Applications, Microsoft CRM, and Salesforce CRM.
- Strong understanding of QA processes, STLC, and SDLC.
- Experience coordinating with downstream teams for integration testing.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end validations under tight schedules, from requirement inception to production.
- Experience with test management tools such as Azure, QC, or Jira, along with strong defect management expertise.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
- Quick learner and self-starter, able to work independently in dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
