Location:Ashland, VA (On-Site)
Salary: \$80,000 – \$100,000 + Bonus (up to 15 percent) | Full-Time
Eligibility:US Citizens / GC Holders only
Experience: Construction Project Management (Solar preferred)
### Position Overview
We are seeking a **Project Manager** with proven experience in **commercial solar construction** to lead projects from concept through completion.
You’ll manage budgets, schedules, safety standards, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects are delivered **on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards**.
### Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage **commercial solar construction projects** end-to-end
* Coordinate with **subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams**
* Develop, track, and manage **schedules, budgets, and resources**
* Enforce compliance with **site safety standards and regulations**
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality
* Maintain strong **client and stakeholder communication**
* Oversee project documentation: permits, contracts, specifications
### ✅ **Qualifications**
* Proven **construction project management** experience (solar/renewable preferred)
* Strong knowledge of **construction safety standards**
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills
* Strong communication and client management abilities
