Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required and should be noted on the resume. Proof of certification may be requested.

Project managers are the people in charge of a specific project or projects within a company. As the project manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. Project managers might work by themselves or be in charge of a team to get the job done.

Requesting a Project Manager (PM) to work with program and IT to implement Invoice Tracking System replacement project activities. This includes but not limited to facilitate meetings, manage the project milestones and deliverables and change request, manage risks and issues, track project budget, manage project scope, complete various reporting, etc. to ensure the project is completed on time and under budget.

Experience

10 years Required Skilled in managing project with implementations across large organizations. Experience should include developing and managing project plans, documenting risks, issues, and contingency plans

10 years Required Ability to research, gather, assemble, correlate, and analyze facts; to devise solutions to problems; and to prepare concise reports and/or to analyze and solve complex and difficult problems

10 years Required Experience overseeing the development of SDLC artifacts, ensure business requirements get translated into technical specifications, guide, and facilitate the SDLC process

10 years Required Experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with multiple project sponsors and stakeholder. Must possess strong communication and presentation skills.

10 years Required Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

10 years Required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

8 years Required Agile methodology, overseeing and tracking development progress, and ensuring project assignments align with project timelines

8 years Required Agile Experience - Managing the project with feature driven sprints

5 years Preferred Experience implementing and using agile methodologies and best practices for 1 or more State of Texas Agencies

5 years Preferred Prior experience in healthcare or Public Health

2 years Preferred PMP Certification
