GTM Functional

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to global trade and compliance processes.
• Configure and implement Oracle GTM modules, including Trade Compliance, Restricted Party Screening, License Management, Trade Documents, and Customs Filing.
• Support GTM integration with ERP (Oracle E-Business Suite/Oracle Cloud SCM) and OTM (Oracle Transportation Management).
• Work closely with the compliance team to ensure adherence to import/export regulations across multiple geographies.
• Develop and execute test cases, validate solutions, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide end-user training and create functional documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide post-implementation support.
• Stay updated on global trade compliance regulations and Oracle GTM product updates.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle GTM Functional Consultant or in a similar trade compliance role.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle GTM implementation, configuration, and support.
• Strong knowledge of trade compliance processes: classification, restricted party screening, licensing, and customs filing.
• Understanding of global import/export regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., ITAR, EAR, ECCN, HS codes).
• Experience integrating GTM with ERP, OTM, and external content providers (e.g., Descartes, E2open).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle GTM Cloud certification.
• Experience with Oracle OTM.
• Exposure to multi-country, multi-currency trade operations
