Requirements:

• A strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels
• A minimum of1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field, with a proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using recruitment software and tools, such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Glassdoor
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with relevant certifications, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, highly desirable

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet the organization's hiring needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience
• Utilize a range of recruitment tools and technologies, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems, to source and attract candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers
