Job Description:

Prolim is hiring for a role in Platform Engineering Delivery Lead. The position involves leading and supporting various engineering activities, including tech debt management, release management, and incident management.

We are looking for someone local to Plano, TX and can come to office 4 days/week.

Cross-Generation Platform Engineering responsibilities

• 17 CY / 21MM / In market: (TMNA/AU – In Market) / 24MM Support Readiness

• S-190/M190 (Implementation/Support) – SOP = Mid-Sep 2025

• Tech Debt

• OneTech Migration Support

• Release Management Support

• Change Management Support

• Incident Management Support

• Certification Management

• VVM and RCA Coordination and Support

• TCIN – IDP Dev Support

Requirements

• 10+ Years’ experience as a Program Manager role, assisting program execution and Leadership with reporting and process improvements.
• Strong communication skills and experience working across multiple levels of an organization to resolve issues.
• Experience with Agile and program tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Roadmunk)
• Advanced knowledge of the full software development life cycle, product development, and release processes.
• Experience with hardware design and development.
• Experience leading usage of collaboration and reporting tools- Atlassian, Mural, Google Drive, Sharepoint.
• Experience leading programs in a scaled agile environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team, create a vision, and make progress towards that vision by achieving measurable objectives

Preferred Experience:

• 12+ years of experience leading mixed
• software, hardware product development in an Agile environment.
• Experience interfacing with high levels of management across the enterprise,
• stakeholders, product owners, development team members, and external vendors.
• Extensive tools usage and configuration experience within teams and at larger program level initiatives
• 10+ Years of experience in an agile environment and experience as a development team member or product owner.
• Experience with vehicle design and production milestones.
• Extensive experience Leading remote and distributed teams in planning, execution, and integration activities.
• Experience designing and implementing tailored scaling techniques.
• Experience leading multiple teams or organization level initiatives.
