Job Purpose:
The HR Manager for UK Operations will lead and manage the human resources function for the UK-
based employees, ensuring that HR practices are aligned with the business goals and local legal
requirements. This role will be key in driving employee engagement, performance management,
recruitment, talent development, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Operations
2. Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's growth, culture, and
business objectives in the UK.
3. Advise and support senior management in addressing complex HR issues and implementing
best practices.
4. Ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with UK employment law and company
standards.
5. Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee
relations.
6. Talent Management & Recruitment
7. Manage workforce planning and support succession planning efforts.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner, preferably
within the UK market.
2. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
3. Experience with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent
development.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
priorities.
Key Highlights:
5 days working (Saturday & Sunday week off)
Timings : 11:30 Am to 8:30 Pm
MBA (HR) Preferred

Start Date: Immediate to 15 days
Salary Range – 6 Lakhs - CTC
