Requirements:

- Develop and implement effective filing systems, ensuring easy access to information and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails and messages, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely and secure handling
