VP Finance

How You Will Succeed:

• Lead & manage cash flow, budget & scenario planning
• Identify, measure, analyse and report upon SaaS KPI (key performance indicators)
• Ensure accuracy of financial SaaS metric data - MRR / ARR / Churn / Net Retention / CLV / Payback Period / Average Revenue per User
• Coach Edge executives on strategic SaaS KPI usage and management of their respective department’s budget
• Extensive scenario modelling to drive strategic decisions on topics ranging from pricing to cash impact from changes to payment terms, product development investment ROI
• Proactively monitor sales tax liability, ensuring compliance as clients grow and the compliance landscape evolves, coordinating with the client CPA and the Driven Insights team
• Handle client, vendor, and bank relationships
• Facilitate purchase requisition and expense review & approval
• Manage and execute capital funding. Raised Seed to Series A-C/D
• Manage accounting and finance-related technology from a subscription management tool to a credit card processor to a business intelligence toolset
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of experience in finance for B2B SaaS
• Fundraising experience past Series A
• Hunger to successfully go “1 to 10” again!
• Leadership skills that enable you to level up those around you.
• You know how to find the right answers by asking the right questions
• Experience collaborating with various departments.
• Strong awareness of risk and security to ensure we are compliant at all times.
