About the role

As a Tender Executive at CloudStrats Technolgies, you will be at the forefront of the company’s procurement and bidding initiatives, driving the preparation, submission, and management of tender documents for a variety of projects. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including sales, legal, finance, and operations, to gather accurate information, ensure compliance with client requirements, and craft compelling proposals that highlight the company’s strengths. Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in tender management, procurement, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of tendering processes, bid preparation, and contract compliance.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP procurement modules.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail‑oriented mindset, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tender cycles simultaneously.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in line with client specifications and internal guidelines.
  • Coordinate with various departments to collect technical, financial, and legal inputs required for bid preparation.
  • Conduct market research and vendor analysis to identify suitable suppliers and assess competitive pricing.
  • Ensure all tender submissions comply with regulatory standards, deadlines, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of tender records, track bid statuses, and generate regular progress reports for senior management.
  • Facilitate post‑tender negotiations, clarify queries from clients, and assist in contract finalization.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and update internal tender strategies to improve win rates.
