Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Benefits
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, configuration, and support
- Technical skills in areas such as data migration, integration, and reporting
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and understanding of HR processes and functions
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for clients, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Conduct business requirements gathering and analysis to identify solutions and develop strategic plans for Oracle Cloud HCM implementation
- Configure and test Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Benefits
- Develop and deliver training programs for clients on Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring successful adoption and usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, consulting, and support, to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM features, functionality, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in client solutions
