Job Description
Governance & Compliance:
Ensure infrastructure compliance with SOX, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external audits by providing evidence, documentation, and remediation tracking.
Maintain and enforce access control policies across heterogeneous systems (Unix, Windows, AS400, Mainframe).
Identity & Access Management (IAM):
Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ for access provisioning, certification, and governance.
Collaborate with application and system owners to onboard systems into IAM platforms.
Active Directory & Server Management:
Manage and audit user and group access in Active Directory, including GPOs and OU structures.
Support server access governance and compliance across Windows and Unix/Linux environments.
Work with infrastructure teams to ensure secure and compliant server configurations
Requirements
- Bachelors degree highly preferred
- 6-8 years of experience
- Must have infrastructure experience
- Platforms: Unix, Windows, AS400, Mainframe
- IAM Tools: SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow (mandatory), Okta (optional)
- Compliance: Strong understanding of SOX, ITGC, and audit frameworks
- Scripting: PowerShell, Python (preferred for automation)
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are a plus
