Master Data Specialist
Experience: 5–8 Years
Job Summary
Support Master Data Management initiatives by improving data quality, standardizing
processes, and contributing to SAP S/4HANA transformation programs while collaborating with
cross-functional supply chain teams.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze master data structures and identify risks, gaps, and standardization opportunities.
Support/drive master data process improvements and governance adoption.
Partner with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Quality teams.
Validate data solutions to protect ERP, reporting, and downstream integrations.
Support data cleansing, migration, and mapping activities.
Collaborate with deployment teams to ensure operational readiness.
Assist in data quality monitoring and issue resolution.
Support KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
Strong Master Data Management experience (Material and/or Business Partner).
Experience with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA and MDG.
Knowledge of Supply Chain processes (Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics).
Understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in data cleansing, migration, and process standardization.
Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Alteryx is preferred.
