Position Overview

We are seeking aSenior Project Managerto lead and deliverAcumatica ERP implementation projectsacross our manufacturing client base. This role requires deep ERP experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex, multi-phase deployments from kickoff through go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Acumatica ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and scope changes.
• Ensure alignment with WM Synergy s implementation methodology and best practices.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior PMs and consultants.
• Support strategic initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Achieve weekly billing goals and support company policies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing ERP implementations, ideally withAcumatica.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, especiallyquote-to-cashand manufacturing workflows.
• Exceptional project management skills: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with risk and change management in dynamic environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting).
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Prior consulting experience and experience in manufacturing environments strongly preferred.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Certifications in Project Management, Lean, Six Sigma, or Supply Chain Management are a plus.
• 5 10 years of management-level experience in manufacturing preferred.
• 2 4 years of experience implementing ERP software in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with Acumatica is a bonus.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 25 percent within the USA.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship.
