You will run day-to-day financial operations while shaping strategic decision-making,

governance, and business growth. This role is built for someone who thrives on building systems

from scratch, instilling discipline, and operating as a true Deputy CFO in the making—including

month-end/year-end closures

● Deliver timely, accurate financial statements in full compliance with Ind AS and statutory

requirements

● Build airtight internal financial controls and maintain audit readiness at all times

● Design, implement, and continuously sharpen finance and accounting processes across the

organization

● Build robust SOPs for accounting, invoicing, collections, vendor payments, reimbursements,

and closures

● Partner with internal teams to drive ERP/accounting system optimization and automation

● Own statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance including GST, TDS, income tax, audits, and

filings

● Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and external advisors

● Deliver zero-surprise compliance and clean audit outcomes, every cycle

● Turn financial data into actionable insights that sharpen decision-making

● Monitor cash flows, AR/AP cycles, and working capital with precision

● Drive collections discipline and optimize payment cycles

● Support fundraising, banking relationships, and financial due diligence as needed

● Operate as a strong second-in-command to the CEO on all finance matters

● Collaborate closely with business, HR, operations, and leadership teams

● Mentor junior finance team members and build a high-performing finance function

4. Required Qualifications
