About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach and mentor teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), and best practices.
  • Guide backlog refinement, ensuring user stories are well-defined, estimated, and aligned with business goals.
  • Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and escalate blockers to ensure uninterrupted delivery flow.
  • Coordinate cross-team and cross-functional initiatives, aligning deliverables with program milestones.
  • Maintain transparent communication of status, risks, and progress using velocity charts, burn-downs, and RAID logs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, manage scope, and ensure alignment between business and technical goals.
  • Promote effective use of collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and related systems.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, consent, cookie compliance).
  • Support localization and multi-regional deployment efforts.
  • Provide servant leadership that inspires collaboration, trust, and accountability across global, distributed teams.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale technical programs in fast-paced, global organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise marketing/CRM platforms.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Technical background with an understanding of software development, integration, and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, OneTrust, BigID.
  • Understanding of privacy, security, and compliance regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
