Requirements:
- Proficiency in data entry software and tools, with strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent typing accuracy and speed, with attention to detail and ability to meet productivity standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in remote teams
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with post-secondary education in a related field preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate and complete data in our management systems, ensuring compliance with data quality standards
- Conduct data validation and verification to ensure accuracy and consistency, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues, providing support and guidance on data management best practices
- Develop and maintain knowledge of data entry procedures, policies, and guidelines, staying up-to-date with changes and updates
- Participate in quality control activities, including data audits and quality checks, to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Provide data insights and reports to support business decision-making, using data visualization tools and techniques to communicate complex data sets
