About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead functional workshops with business stakeholders to gather and document transportation management requirements.
- Configure OTM modules, including:
- Order Management
- Shipment Planning & Execution
- Rate Management
- Freight Settlement & Billing
- Fleet Management (optional)
- Work closely with technical teams for integrations with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, E-Business Suite, SAP).
- Support data migration, testing, and user training.
- Provide functional support for OTM upgrades and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and work with Oracle Support as needed.
Required Skills
- Core OTM Functional Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with configuration, workflows, and master data setup.
- Transportation & Logistics Knowledge: Good understanding of multi-modal transportation, freight costing, and carrier management.
- Integration Experience: Familiarity with OTM integration using XML/EDI, Web Services, and middleware tools.
- Experience with OTM Global Trade Management (GTM) module is a plus.
- Strong documentation and business process mapping skills.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle OTM Cloud experience.
- Oracle Transportation Management certification.
- Experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle OTM implementations.
- Exposure to other Oracle Supply Chain applications.
