Location: Alexandria, VA (On-site)

Pay:\$55,000 – \$65,000 annually | Full-Time

Experience: 3+ Years (Commercial HVAC)

### Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced **HVAC Technician** in Alexandria, VA.

This role involves **installation, maintenance, and repair** of commercial HVAC systems, requiring strong technical expertise in refrigeration, electrical schematics, pneumatics, electronic controls, pipe fitting, and brazing.

### Key Responsibilities

* Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul **HVAC-related equipment** (air compressors, pumps, air handlers, dryers, heat exchangers, etc.).

* Install, maintain, and repair **pneumatic valves, electric valves, heat transfer equipment, ventilation, and air distribution systems.

* Install and replace pumps, refrigeration equipment, and related components.

* Apply **electrical troubleshooting** principles to diagnose and resolve issues.

* Perform **preventive maintenance** and service HVAC systems.

* Operate tools such as **refrigerant recovery units, multi-meters, brazing/soldering tools, pipe threading machines, tube cleaning equipment.

* Document work performed, completing job reports and maintaining accurate records.

* Respond to urgent **after-hours or weekend service needs** when required.

### ✅ Requirements

* 3–5 years of commercial HVAC service experience.

* Certification or Associate’s degree from an **accredited HVAC program.

* Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.

* Skilled in **diagnostics, troubleshooting, and schematics** interpretation.

* Proficiency in brazing, soldering, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts.

* Commitment to **safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

* Strong teamwork & communication skills.
