Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data entry software and tools
- Strong technical skills, including typing accuracy and speed, and familiarity with database management systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote teams
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines and productivity standards
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail, following established guidelines and protocols
- Verify and validate data to ensure consistency and accuracy, and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records, both physical and digital, and ensure compliance with data management policies
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements, and contribute to the development of new procedures and standards
- Provide support and assistance to colleagues, as needed, and participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Analyze and report on data trends and insights, using data visualization tools and techniques to communicate findings effectively
