Requirements:
- Proven experience (1‑30 years) in data entry or related administrative roles, demonstrating high accuracy and speed.
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum of 70 WPM and a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database software such as SQL or proprietary legal management systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Enter, verify, and update client and case data into the firm’s electronic filing system with a focus on accuracy.
- Conduct regular audits of data entries to identify and correct inconsistencies or errors.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records, ensuring compliance with data protection policies.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to gather necessary information and clarify data requirements.
- Generate reports and summaries from entered data to support case management and billing processes.
